Starting the Process:

Subject: <<Dealership Name>> New Integration
- Item Number/Description - 17272 – RCI DATACLOVER MARKETING PACKAGE
- Dealer’s Reynolds Customer Number (if known)
- Dealer Name
- Dealer Address, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code
- Store Number (if known)
- Branch Number (if known)
- End User Signatory ( Name / Title) - End user at dealership who signed agreement
- EULA Date (date dealer signed End User License Agreement/contract with vendor authorizing access to their data)
- Name of signer from DataClover

Review and Sign Documents:
You will receive an email similar to the one below:
Click the link in the email to sign the agreement.
You will be prompted to send a code to the phone number on-file with REY & REY to verify your identity. Enter the code and click submit code.
You will be taken to DocuSign to sign the documents. Follow the prompts in DocuSign.
Here are your Documents!
After signing the documents, you will receive a confirmation email.
Attached to this email is a zip file containing three files. These files should be saved to the DataClover Google Drive: Onboarding-> Reynolds Authorizations-> DataClover - <<Dealership Name>> (Roger Fugett can grant access to this drive)
Open the first PDF in the zip file. The file’s name is normally formatted like the highlighted below. You may have to download the whole zip file to do this.
Confirm the information located in “Sold To/App User Customer” matches the dealership information. (highlighted in yellow)
Order has been completed
Once the dealership has signed and approved the connection. You will receive an email confirming the order is now complete; similar to the email below.
Enter Information in Service Pulse
In Service Pulse, navigate to the dealership and click “Edit Dealership Info”. Change the DMS integration to Reynolds and Reynolds. Open the Marketing Pkg document (the first PDf) from the Zip file and enter the PPSYSID– Store#-Branch# (highlighted in green on the Reynolds Certified Interface Order Form below) in the Reynolds ID field. And then click Save.
NOTE: do not enter any information in Service Pulse until you have received the final Completed email from Reynolds and Reynolds.
Check Data Loading:
Create a Zendesk ticket to have the tech team check the data loading.
