Email Marketing Templates

New

Great news! Throughout 2024, DataClover is revamping, enhancing, and optimizing the cadence and content marketing email templates to deliver even clearer information to consumers to drive better engagements and results. Fresh brand compliance creative images are used while introducing more personalized dealership content to the templates. 

In March, the Jaguar, Genesis, BMW, MINI, Mercedez-Benz, Chrysler, Porsche, Toyota, and Honda manufacturer brand email templates were revitalized.  (MO-105, MO-103, MO-123, MO-125, MO-128)

Aftersales ECommerce

Fix

When presenting the consumer with product variant selections, if the wording of the user option was too long, the button would not format correctly.  This issue has been corrected.  (TEC-4910)

DSH Analytics

New

A new Dealer Service Hub (DSH) channel called Dealership Twitter has been created to support dealerships that would like to direct consumers to their DSH page (usually to present e-commerce maintenance/warranty plan purchase opportunities) right from within the dealership's Twitter account. (TEC-4782)

Aftersales ECommerce Receipts

New

Upon request, a slight change has been made to the email receipts consumers receive after purchasing on the DataClover e-commerce platform.  The brand name throughout the email is now in the proper case instead of all capitalization.  (TEC-4895)

ServicePulse

Fix

For all dealership customers who are running the DataClover DSH solution, the default home page for ServicePulse is their DSH Analytics reporting. On March 12, 2024, Google had a platform-wide issue with their Google Analytics services utilized by DataClover's DSH Analytics reporting that caused users to receive an error and altered their ability to utilize ServicePulse. If such a use case happens again, changes have been made to provide a more user-friendly error and would allow the user to continue to leverage other features of ServicePulse.  (TEC-4916)
