Schedule Integration
New
DataClover is now a certified partner with DealerFX!
Dealer Service Hub (DSH) now offers schedule integration with DealerFX! When enabled, customers will see available appointment times directly from the dealership’s DealerFX scheduling system. Once a customer submits an appointment request, DSH will attempt to book the appointment in DealerFX for the selected date and time. True Conquest customers will still need to use a manual process to create appointments in the dealership’s scheduling software.
New
We’ve improved how appointment notes are sent as part of schedule integrations. Previously, user-added notes were combined with the title and answer of all custom elements, which included specialized fields like transportation, serviceOptions, and shopOptions. These fields are now excluded from the notes payload to reduce redundancy and clutter.
This change results in cleaner, more relevant appointment notes for downstream systems, while still preserving the essential information provided by users.
Dealer Service Hub
New
To support BMW brand compliance, the correct black font on webpage hyperlinks has replaced the prior blue text font. This update ensures a consistent and professional visual experience aligned with BMW's branding standards.
New
We’ve updated the display logic to eliminate inconsistencies between how offers appear on the DSH Service Specials page. Previously, an offer marketed to a consumer would be auto-expanded and display the discount amount on the first line and the offer title on the second line. This inconsistency has been removed. Default and marketed offers now follow the same display format, improving visual consistency and clarity.

Prior Version:
Fix
A display issue affecting the mobile version of the INFINITI-branded dealership DSH site has been resolved. Previously, the dealership phone number appeared in white text, making it invisible against the background. The styling has been corrected to ensure the phone number is clearly visible on all mobile devices.
After-sales ECommerce
New
We've updated the message shown when an eCommerce product does not match a customer's vehicle. The dealership's phone number is now formatted consistently as (xxx) xxx-xxxx to match other Dealer Service Hub styling. Additionally, the message text has been updated to use lowercase for online offer and vehicle options, aligning with our standard tone and formatting conventions.
Service Specials
New
The DataClover Offer Library and DSH Service Specials system has been updated to support the omission of the “Max Discount” language in disclaimers when no maximum discount value is provided. This allows for greater flexibility in promotional messaging, particularly for dealerships that desire offers to be open-ended or not have a capped discount. When no max discount is defined, the disclaimer will no longer append the "Max Discount" statement automatically.
New
DSH now supports dealership-level customization for the Service Special section title and subtitle. This enhancement allows dealerships to tailor the messaging to better align with their branding or promotional strategies, providing a more personalized experience for customers engaging with service offers.
DSH Analytics
Fix
With the recent enhancements to distinguish between Bing and Google campaigns, DSH Analytics has been further updated to correct the classification of organic search traffic.
Previously, "Organic Search" traffic from Bing was mistakenly tagged as “Paid Search Bing,” while organic search was primarily associated with Google. This fix ensures that Bing’s organic search traffic is now accurately classified as “Organic Search,” improving the accuracy of search traffic reporting and enabling dealerships to better understand and optimize their overall search performance across platforms.
Fix
The Tend reporting in ServicePulse on DSH Analytics was double-counting repair order metrics if the same repair order was attributed to more than one appointment request. This resulted in slightly higher dollar figures. This issue has been corrected.
