Schedule Integration - Tekion

With much anticipation, the DataClover DSH solution has been enhanced to support multiple-shop dealerships when utilizing the Tekion schedule integration!
For dealerships with multiple service lanes—such as a dedicated express lane for quick services and a main drive lane for more extensive repairs—this enhancement ensures that appointments are scheduled in the correct queue from the start. Consumers will now see appointment availability based on the specific service they need, reducing scheduling conflicts and improving operational efficiency.
By automatically associating the appointment with the appropriate service lane in Tekion, dealerships can:
- Optimize workflow efficiency—ensuring that each service lane is utilized as intended.
- Reduce wait times—by preventing express service customers from being delayed by longer repair jobs.
- Enhance customer satisfaction—by streamlining the check-in process and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Direct Mail Metrics

A slight change has been made to the Direct Mail Metrics reporting in ServicePulse. The "Campaigns" tab will now list the campaigns in order of Drop Date with the most recent sent direct mail campaign on the top of the list.
Aftersales ECommerce
Fix
The service detail page on the DSH Aftersale ECommerce experience particularly on mobile has been optimized to ensure it no longer exceeds the screen width. Long titles now wrap correctly, preventing layout issues. Additionally, minor left-to-right movement on other eCommerce pages has been addressed for a smoother mobile experience.
