Service Specials
New
DataClover has introduced a new capability that allows dealerships to feature additional advertising on their DealerService Hub Service Specials page. This update supports dealership marketing initiatives like promoting financing options (e.g., Sunbit, Affirm, etc.). This enhancement gives dealerships more control over how they engage customers on service-focused pages with relevant, actionable offers.
Schedule Integration
New
Building on the February release of the DSH Appointment Scheduler, when in schedule-integrated mode, the Appointment Scheduler page will automatically fetch more days of availability if the initial default retrieval returns no availability. As a reminder, the default number of days of availability retrieved varies depending on the integration partner API response times:
Xtime - 1 month
myKaarma - 1 month
Tekion - 1 week
Fix
With the new Tekion schedule integration multi-shop options feature, it was discovered that Tekion requires a different general service opcode for each "ShopOption" used in the integration. This release of the DataClover DSH solution has been upgraded to support a different opcode for each Shop Option. The DataClover team has updated all dealerships' configurations.
Aftersales Ecommerce
New
To improve visibility into potential mismatches between marketing and purchasing data, we’ve added new visual cues to the Purchase Fulfillment page in ServicePulse:
-
If the billing email and phone number from a purchase do not match the customer email and phone number used in the campaign, the corresponding row will now be highlighted in a light red color.
-
Additionally, clicking the expand (+) icon on these rows will display a note stating:
“The linked customer may differ from the purchasing customer record.”
This update helps identify cases where shared or forwarded emails may be tied to multiple customer purchases, allowing for more accurate tracking and follow-up.
New
To improve readability and consistency, we’ve updated how bundle purchases are displayed across ServicePulse and consumer email receipts. Previously, bundle contents were difficult to interpret and displayed inconsistently.
-
Consistent Sorting: Items within a bundle are now sorted by quantity (descending) and then name, ensuring consistent display across all purchases.
-
Improved Formatting: In the Item(s) Purchased column, bundles now display with the bundle name first, followed by the individual items indented underneath.
-
Affected Areas:
ServicePulse > ECommerce Analytics > Purchases tab
ServicePulse > ECommerce Analytics > Attributions tab
Purchase Fulfillment Report
Consumer Email Receipts
These updates help reduce confusion for both internal users and consumers while ensuring a more professional and readable presentation of purchase data.

ServicePulse
Fix
To improve consistency and prevent context mismatch issues, ServicePulse will now redirect users to the home page when switching dealership context. This ensures that views and edit pages always reflect the correct dealership, avoiding scenarios where the previous dealership remains in view after a context change.
