Aftersales ECommerce
New
We’re excited to announce an improvement to refund processing for Dealership Connected Accounts in the DataClover Aftersales eCommerce platform. Previously, refunds required separate invoices to the dealership, creating confusion as the process was disconnected from the refund itself.
With this update, refunds are now handled automatically via the dealership’s Aftersales eCommerce Stripe account.
How it works:
- When a customer's refund is processed, the customer receives the full amount they originally paid. They will also receive an email receipt for the refund.
-
At the same time, DataClover automatically reverses the original transfer from the dealership’s Stripe account and refunds any associated application fees, ensuring the dealership is fully reimbursed and made whole.
-
During the next Stripe payout cycle (typically daily), if the dealership’s account balance is negative due to the refund, Stripe will debit the connected bank account to settle the difference.
This enhancement streamlines refunds, reduces administrative overhead, and ensures both customers and dealerships are accurately credited.
Fix
In certain situations, the ecommerce purchase reporting in ServicePulse would not properly display the vehicle information or other variants of the ecommerce product. This issue has been resolved.
Dealer Service Hub
New
We’re thrilled to announce that Dealer Service Hub (DSH) now supports full site hosting for the Ferrari brand, complete with brand-compliant styles, design standards, and visual elements. This upgrade ensures Ferrari dealers can deliver a premium, high-performance digital experience that aligns perfectly with the brand’s luxury identity.
New
We’ve updated the header text on the DSH Service Specials page from:
“Schedule In 10 seconds”
to:
“Schedule in 10 Seconds”
The change ensures consistent capitalization across all applicable brands, including Nissan and Audi. This small update improves brand consistency and user experience across the platform.

Schedule Integration
New
We’ve supercharged the Xtime integration with smart Mileage & Service Package support! Now, before creating an appointment, the system checks the vehicle’s VIN and estimated mileage to see if a dealership offers a recommended service package for the selected maintenance service. If one exists, it’s automatically applied when creating the appointment.
This upgrade means service lane routing is smarter, faster, and more tailored than ever—helping dealerships provide the right service at the right time and giving customers a seamless, worry-free experience.
New
Dealer Service Hub (DSH) now fully supports anonymous or Conquest customer appointment bookings through DealerFX!
Previously, only known customers could have appointments automatically booked in DealerFX, while conquest customers required a manual process. With this update, when a consumer is not yet known to the dealership, DSH will prompt them for the necessary information (Full Name, Phone Number, and Make, Year, Model of vehicle) and can now automatically create the appointment in DealerFX for the selected date and time.
This makes it faster and easier for dealerships to capture new leads and book appointments seamlessly.
Appointment Scheduler
New
The appointment page now shows the dealership name and location, helping consumers clearly see which dealership they are booking with. This change was driven by mobile UX considerations, where the previous design—with only a hamburger menu—sometimes confused consumers when multiple dealerships of the same brand were in nearby areas.
DSH Analytics
New
In ServicePulse DSH Analytics reporting, all references to Google My Business have been updated to Google Business Profile. This ensures reporting aligns with Google’s current naming conventions, making it easier for users to accurately track and manage their business profile appointment performance data.
ServicePulse
Fix
Resolved an issue in the Marketing Strategy report where campaign names were not displaying. With this fix, users can now clearly see all campaign names in the report, making it easier to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Fix
Resolved an issue in the ServicePulse Abandoned Purchase Report where the Completed tab failed to load and displayed an error. The tab now renders correctly.
