Provider Exchange Network (PEN) Integration

New

The DataClover DSH ECommerce platform has been integrated with the PEN electronic rating system.  This integration allows DataClover to connect with various aftermarket product providers through the PEN network. The eRating process enables DataClover to receive accurate real-time aftermarket product legibility and pricing information to be presented to consumers on the eCommerce platform.  (TEC-4963)

Email Marketing Templates

New

Great news! Throughout 2024, DataClover is revamping, enhancing, and optimizing the cadence and content marketing email templates to deliver even clearer information to consumers to drive better engagements and results. Fresh brand compliance creative images are used while introducing more personalized dealership content to the templates. 

In April, the Land Rover, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Lexus, Audi, Nissan, Chevrolet, and Hyundai manufacturer brand email templates were revitalized.  

Direct Mail Reporting

New

Since premium print adornments are very difficult to display digitally, a new Embellishment Key is displayed when viewing the details of a Direct Mail Campaign in ServicePulse. The key highlights the magenta and cyan color scheme that is used to portray creative embellishments printed on the direct mail piece.  In the mail piece preview, scrolling past the front and back pages, you will come to a repeat of the front cover along with the embellishment color scheme.  (TEC-4953)

SMS & Email Marketing

New

Automated SMS and email marketing have been updated to use the proper marketing name case for any marketing copy calling for the dealerships' manufacturer name.   As an example before this update, any marketing copy calling for use of the brand value for an MB dealership would have been displayed as "MERCEDES-BENZ".  Now the value will be displayed properly as "Mercedes-Benz".  (TEC-4966)

Dealer Service Hub

New

With the expansion of various DSH Feature options, the appearance of the DSH menu was displayed in an undesirable format at times trimming off the menu naming. Now, DSH will properly responsively wrap the menu items as necessary based on the user's screen size.  (TEC-4858)
