Dealer Service Hub - ECommerce
New
When a dealership has the Klarna buy now, pay later option configured, additional information is displayed to consumers throughout the product listing, product details, cart, and checkout pages. The consumer can be presented with buy-now-pay-later payment options like "Pay in 4 Installments" or financing options to give the consumer the ultimate flexibility.
New
With this release, DataClover continues to build out enhancements and additional capabilities to support Dealer Label offerings on the Dealer Service Hub (DSH) platform. Dealer Label is a new landing category with customizable page elements.
New
The e-commerce email receipts sent to consumers have been enhanced to include hyperlinked telephone numbers for the dealership and the BDC telephone number. This allows for simply hovering and clicking to call from mobile and desktop devices alike.
Provider Exchange Network (PEN) Integration
New
A continued challenge working with Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) over the PEN network has been the extensive number of plans and options that would be exposed to the consumer during shopping selection. As part of the configuration, the dealership assists in sharing plan options that are not sold very often thereby allowing DSH ECommerce to filter results to the consumer providing a better user experience.
The PEN integration has been further enhanced to expose plans to consumers that otherwise would be presented with "no plans available for your vehicle". This condition existed when results have been filtered as mentioned above. The net result will be more consumers presented with VSC plans and fewer "no available product" abandoned e-commerce sessions.
DealerService Hub
Fix
Vast improvements have been made to synchronizing customer and vehicle data from ServicePulse onto the DSH platform. This greatly improves the consumer's experience when visiting the dealerships' DSH site by providing a more reliable preload of the consumer's information, such as email address on the Appointment Scheduler page or vehicle information on select e-commerce pages.
New
The Dealer Service Hub (DSH) platform for the Porsche manufacturer brand now supports Tips & Guides content marketing pages which contain articles and images related to vehicle maintenance. Likewise, an extensive list of monthly content marketing email campaigns has been developed to send education emails to Porsche owners.
Dealer Service Hub - Schedule Integration
New
The highly anticipated enhancement has been completed to our Xtime schedule integration!
The Xtime schedule integration improvement now prompts the user for the desired transportation option. No need to leverage the Custom Elements feature. When DSH for a dealership is enabled with Xtime integration, users will see appointment availability dates/times based on the transportation option they select.
The Appointment Scheduler will automatically display a fixed Custom Element "Select transportation option".
The values displayed in this drop-down are pulled directly from Xtime in real-time for this dealership. The number of available time slots is also displayed in the drop-down.
Facebook Reporting
New
The date range for the Facebook reporting in ServicePulse has been updated to default to the last 30 days. This is consistent with similar reporting through ServicePulse such as the SMS and Google Paid Search reporting.
Appointment Request Queue
Fix
Users of the Appointment Request queue, Abandoned Purchases report, or the Purchase Fulfillment report listing in ServicePulse would receive an error if they attempted to enter a percent sign (%) in the Notes field. This issue has been corrected.
Marketing Strategy Report
New
Updates to the Marketing Strategy Report have been performed. As a reminder, this report shows all email, direct mail, and SMS features that are enabled for the dealership. The Direct Mail Marketing section has been updated to display the most recently used offers during the last direct mail recurring marketing. Likewise, a new "Last Drop Date" value is shown that hyperlinks to a view of the direct mail piece.
