Service ECommerce - Dealer Label
New
DataClover continues developing enhancements and additional capabilities to its Dealer Label solution on the Dealer Service Hub (DSH) platform. In ServicePulse, a new Purchase Redemption management page has been developed to allow the dealership to view e-commerce purchase redemption engagements.
The outstanding search capability allows a Service Advisor to quickly locate a customer's redemption product purchase and view its redemption status. Search criteria can be anything from the customer's name, email, phone number, DMS number, or their vehicle information.
Once selected, the Purchase Redemption page will display the customer's e-commerce purchase details along with the redemption details of the prepaid service package.
Appointment Scheduler
New
A new feature has been developed that allows consumers to look forward beyond the current maximum of 90 days of availability. Dealership customers requested this feature to be able to sit with a customer upon a new vehicle purchase and schedule their 6-month and 12-month service appointments. The salesperson will be showing the customer how easy DSH is to use, while also getting their first appointment booked.
The consumer simply selects the CLICK TO SEE MORE AVAILABILITY option to fetch additional availability.
Service ECommerce
New
When displaying messaging to the consumer on the DSH ECommerce platform, the manufacturers' brand is no longer incorrectly shown in all caps (see below) but instead in the proper case.
Fix
A bug existed that would prevent the banking message from being displayed to the user upon checkout on the DSH Aftersales ECommerce platform. This issue has been corrected.
Provider Exchange Network (PEN) Integration
Fix
In rare cases, the DSH eCommerce platform would display no products available when the PEN API response time is longer, even though there are valid products eventually returned by PEN. DSH eCommerce client timeout has been extended to handle these use cases.
Unified Attributions
New
The Unified Attributions report has been updated to omit the internal customer records. Internal customer records are used for trade-in logic as well as during data processing when a repair order is received that has no customer designated to it.
Service Effectiveness Report
Fix
When running the Service Effectiveness report in ServicePulse, the PMA section of the report would not return any results. This issue has been corrected.
Email Reporting
Fix
When running the Email Reporting in ServicePulse, there is the option to view the campaign and its associated repair order attributions. This tab of the campaign details contains a Prior Visit value that is intended to display the last day the customer visited before the attributed repair order. There was a bug in the logic that would cause the last visit date value to be incorrect. This issue has been resolved with this release of ServicePulse.
DSH Analytics
Sunset
In April 2023, DataClover adopted Google's latest analytics framework, GA4. In July 2024, the historical metrics stored in the old UA (before GA4) collections were purged from the Google Analytics platform. With this release of ServicePulse, DSH Analytics reporting has been updated to remove the old report links that allowed reporting of metrics before February 14th, 2023.
