Abandoned Purchases

The Abandoned Purchases report in ServicePulse has been enhanced to include the pricing the customer was presented with during their e-commerce session. This information is invaluable when attempting to contact the customer and convert the lead. Viewing a warm or hot lead will include the price of the product the consumer was last interested in during their session.

Fix
In certain situations, when an e-commerce product was defined on the DSH ECommerce platform, the options presented to the consumer would not respond properly to screen size changes and would display as ineligible. This display issue has been corrected.

Schedule Integration
New
To provide more intuitive options to consumers for TEKION, XTIME, and myKaarma schedule integrations, DSH Config in ServicePulse is now configurable to allow for more descriptive transportation options. In addition, a transportation option can be completely hidden.
Appointment Scheduler
New
Allowing dealerships to include additional information collection or questions on their DSH schedule request modal was added in 2021. Before this release, only 3 custom elements we supported. To allow for dealerships' desire to have an increased number of questions from the consumer, the ability to have a 4th custom element has been added!
Fix
The newly added CLICK TO SEE MORE AVAILABILITY feature on the DSH Appointment Scheduler page was developed to allow consumers to look forward beyond the current maximum of 90 days of availability. This feature was intended for non-schedule-integration DSH sites. This release of DealerService Hub was updated to only display the ability to fetch additional availability for non-integrated DSH sites.

New Volvo brand style guidelines have been published. Changes were made to DealerServiceHub (DSH) for the Volvo brand to support the new spacing requirements around the logo.
DSH Analytics
New
To provide more insights into the repair order attribution related to appointment request conversions, elements of the appointment request have been added to the DSH Analytics / Attribution reporting. The date and time the appointment was requested along with the requested appointment time have been added to the DSH Repair Order Attribution listing.

With this release, DSH Analytics / Attribution reporting in ServicePulse has been updated to allow for SMS channel filtering.
