Schedule Integration

To provide a more intuitive consumer experience, the transportation option for TEKION, XTIME, and myKaarma schedule integrations is placed immediately above the availability date selection. Even if a dealership is using custom elements, the custom elements will display first, then the transportation option will be displayed followed by the availability date and time selection.

Responding to customer requests, DataClover has enhanced its DSH schedule interaction workflow. Normally, when DSH schedule integration was enabled, the end-point scheduling software would be expected to email the consumer an appointment request confirmation. Whereas, if schedule integration is disabled, DataClover will email the notification.
Dealerships have requested that an option exist where DataClover's DSH solution would email the customer the appointment confirmation even if schedule integration is enabled.
Please Note: With the "Notify Customer" feature enabled for a schedule-integrated dealership, it is possible that the customer could receive two appointment confirmations if the scheduling software is also sending the customer a confirmation email.

To provide further transparency into DSH schedule integration, the schedule partner used to book an appointment request has been added to the Appointment Request Queue in ServicePulse.
Service Specials
New
With the continued explosion of DataClover's solution for hosting dealerships' Service Specials, we have improved the user experience. Before this change, when landing on a DSH Service Specials page that has offers available, the user would immediately see the message “There are no in-store offers available at this time” - the system was actually fetching and loading the offers.
To be more explicit and informative, the user will now see a message “Loading Service Specials…” when the DSH site is loading the offers.
Land Rover - House of Brands
New
Following the changes made to on-demand, cadence, and monthly content marketing email templates for the new house-of-brands Land Rover logo, the Land Rover template for recurring direct mail has been updated with the same stacked logo. This change had no impact on the Jaguar brand.
