Appointment Scheduler

Similar to the popular CLICK TO SEE MORE AVAILABILITY feature on the DSH Appointment Scheduler page, the feature is now available for schedule-integrated dealerships! This component has been developed to allow consumers to look forward beyond the initially fetched days of availability.
The default number of days of availability retrieved varies depending on the integration partner's API response times:
Xtime - 1 month
myKaarma - 1 month
Tekion - 1 week
The consumer simply selects the CLICK TO SEE MORE AVAILABILITY option to fetch additional availability.

We are excited to introduce support for service opcode-based availability with the DataClover DSH appointment scheduler solution for Xtime integrations. This enhancement enables real-time service availability based on service opcodes, providing accurate availability across different service lane types. This allows dealerships to direct DSH appointments across service lane types such as "express lane service" versus "main drive", reducing errors and improving efficiency.
This update streamlines operations, minimizes discrepancies, and optimizes service lane management for the dealership!
Service Specials

To align with the automotive industry standard naming and to avoid confusion for customers, the wording for "In-Store Offers" has been replaced with Service Specials throughout the DSH solution and ServicePulse.
Aftersales ECommerce

BMW and MINI North America announced price increases to the 3-year BMW Ultimate Care Oil Services and MINI Maintenance Oil Services plans effective March 1st, 2025.
All active BMW and MINI dealerships on the DataClover Ecommerce platform have been updated to reflect the new $249 pricing for the oil services plans. Likewise, all digital ads, marketing emails, and direct mail marketing have been updated to reflect the new pricing.

With great anticipation, DataClover has enhanced the onboarding experience for the DataClover Aftersales eCommerce solution, making it faster, simpler, and more intuitive. The process of configuring company legal details and payout banking information has been streamlined, providing a more guided and user-friendly setup to reduce friction and save time.
Additionally, new dealerships to the Aftersales ECommerce solution will no longer need to create a login to Stripe during onboarding, removing a common hurdle and making the process even more seamless.
With these improvements, businesses can complete their setup in less time and get up and running faster than ever! Instructions to onboard dealerships have been updated with the new interface and process.
Fix
Before this update to ServicePulse, if a user navigated to the Payout Reconciliation page for a dealership that did not have the DataClover Aftersales ECommerce solution, they would receive an error. Now, the user will simply observe a message indicating they do not have the DataClover Aftersales ECommerce solution configured as part of their solution suite.
DealerServiceHub - Kia Brand Compliance

While the most recent Kia brand logo was updated on the DSH platform last year, there were various images used throughout DSH of vehicles and service technicians that were sporting the old Kia logo. These images have been updated to present the newest Kia brand logo design.
Offer Library

With the increased number of dealerships asking DataClover to host their Service Specials on their DSH solution, we are excited to introduce an update that provides more image variability through the expanded use of dealership offer overrides. This enhancement allows dealerships to deviate from the default offer image thereby providing a better range of high-quality images to showcase service promotions and offers.

Similarly, to further enhance the DataClover offer library and provide improvements to the visual appeal of service specials, we have introduced a new offer discount option of Starting at.
ServicePulse
Fix
A slight bother where the entire name of the dealership would not properly display in the dealership context in ServicePulse has been corrected.
